Bad Judgement - Avon Venom X

I let the tire go too long...I bought new Venom X tires for my 2000 Kawasaki Voyager back in December of 2003. I have 9800 miles on the back tred and this is what it looks like. I had been working nightshift for the past month and didn't have the opportunity to visually check my tires (bad judgement).
I can say one thing for Avon's, they sure take a beating!!!
